TICKET SECURITY
Tickets may not be misused, copied or modified. One ticket is valid for the first time entry to the event/manifestation, which means that the first ticket accepted with its identification (barcode or QR code) is valid. Do not publish the ticket barcode or QR code and properly protect it from loss, physical damage, unauthorized copying or forwarding. All subsequent tickets at the entrance with the same
are automatically invalidated by identification. By using an authorized ticket, the user accepts the general terms and conditions of the event organizer and the rules of the institution where the event is held.
BUYING ERRORS
In the event that an error message appears during your purchase or other difficulties arise during your purchase, please send us an inquiry and information about your purchase via email.
In accordance with Article 79, Paragraph 1, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Distance Contract (refund), given that the subject of the contract is the provision of leisure-related services, which occur at a specific time or in a specific period.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for another type of ticket. Customers are asked to pay attention when purchasing and select the correct type of ticket, paying particular attention to tickets available only to adults.
Since the purchase of tickets is not tied to a person's name, but only to the payment confirmation (invoice), if the Buyer wishes to give the ticket as a gift or transfer it to another person, they do not have to inform RIVIRA or emphasize this anywhere.
In the event of a complete cancellation of Expo GameRi, RIVIRA will fully refund all purchased tickets.
With the introduction of the fiscalization law, the ticket no longer has the value of a receipt, but instead an invoice and payment confirmation are issued, which must be kept until the day of Expo GameRi.
If the event is postponed or canceled, it is not possible to obtain a refund without presenting the aforementioned invoice!
RIVIRA is not obliged to inform customers of all changes to the event, but does its best to do so. RIVIRA reserves the right to make minimal or justified changes to the composition or execution of the program as the Organizer. In the event of cancellation, change of event date or change in composition or program, any additional costs that may arise (e.g. travel, hotel, point of sale, delivery) will not be reimbursed.
In the event of lost or stolen tickets, the buyer is not entitled to a refund or replacement. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the validity of the date, time and location of the event for which they purchased the ticket.
